Original image was taken in 2012 of the complete bottom of a huge tree with roots attached, sitting by the side of the road. It was incredibly gnarled with roots entwined within each other. Captured in digital with Canon 5D camera in 2007 in the SE hills of Santa Rosa, California in Sonoma County. Originally this image was clear glass vase gems that I placed in a glass and photographed it with a macro lens up close. Taking the image into Adobe Photoshop I used various tools and software to render this creative, abstract and diverse version full of intense holiday color and topping it off with a hint of texture.

Captured in digital in 2012 with my Canon G9 Point and Shoot in Raw in a public area in downtown business district of Texas. This mannequin was sitting outside on a bench and I marveled at the distinct detail painted and graphically put on her face. I blacked out the background and cropped a head shot to view the uniqueness of this image. Completed the creative version of this image in 2014.
