This image is a composite of 2 images. The first is the Peggy’s Cove Lighthouse taken in Nova Scotia in 2011 and the foreground was taken at Peggy’s Cove the same day but in another location. I loved the red autumn-like colors and placed the lighthouse at the top to give it situation and place and they seemed to blend well together along with a painterly application in Adobe Photoshop.
