  • I photographed this creatively beautiful abstract image at a unique lake outside of Washington State in January of 2013 with my Canon 5D digital camera using my Canon 70-300IS lens. There was natural movement in the lake and it looked to the naked eye as a phenomenal abstract in the raw just begging to be photographed. With an Fstop 20 and shutter speed of ¼s I clicked the shutter. Using minimal software and filters with a bit of enhancement of hues and sats in Photoshop, I was able to render this naturally abstract image nearly as it looked through my viewfinder. Pretty amazing I thought!
  • This image was captured with my Canon 5D camera while on a pier at Mason Lake, Washington State in 2013. The water was moving slowly rippling and reflecting the forest lined bank of trees. I slowed the shutter speed just a bit to catch the movement of the water and give the feel of Movement! It was revised in a creative mode in 2015.
  • Captured in digital with my Canon G9 Powershot camera in downtown Melbourne in the Art District in 2016. This was such a unique hand painted wall mural that was worth more than words could express so I hoped to capture its meaning in print.
  • This abstract image originally was a stairwell found on a cruise ship. Taking the digital file from my Canon G9 Powershot digital camera into Adobe Photoshop, I distorted the image using filters and software and enhanced the hues. Then the edge was created and shaped with the use of a software program and bled into the image. This is a custom sized purchase. • This abstract image was taken from a selection of Misaligned 1. I wanted to create a second piece to compliment the original abstract I had already completed. Further distorting the image using filters and software and enhanced the hues, I then the edge was created and shaped with the use of a software program and bled into the image thus creating Misaligned 2. This is a custom sized purchase. Please email: lincaldwell@vbbn.com or call 707-584-0473 or 707-799-6582 for pricing. Thank You
  • This image was captured in autumn at Moose Meadows in the Bow Valley Parkway area inside Banff National Park in 2007. This is a custom sized purchase. Please email: lincaldwell@vbbn.com or call 707-584-0473 or 707-799-6582 for pricing. Thank You
  • This abstract image, taken in 2012, was originally a window curtain in a hotel room. There were bars on the window as well. Taking the digital file from my Canon G9 Powershot digital camera into Adobe Photoshop, I distorted the image using filters and software, separated areas to enhance the hues as desired. I added the distorted center as simply another distracted abstraction to complete the image. It was an evolving process of work in Adobe Photoshop. This is a custom sized purchase.
